Hi I'm Patrick Shaw,

With 16 years experience in the construction industry, I have been designing & documenting architectural buildings for just shy of a decade. Originally coming from a trade background, my hands on experience allows for a practical and cost effective approach to building design, whilst in the same vein looking at innovative solutions combining both function and form. I strive to understand the unique needs and goals of each client to provide a tailored experience.

Step One - Concept Designs
We’ll listen to what is important to you and how you envision your new home to create a thorough design brief. Preliminary documents needed for initial planning will be sourced and in the case of an alteration and addition a measure up of the existing dwelling will be conducted. We’ll be working in conjunction with council or state guidelines to provide Detailed Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Preliminary BASIX Assessment & a 3D walkthrough of your new home.
Step Two - Permit Plans
Permit Plans are a detailed set of drawings which are capable of both DA/CC/CDC lodgment.
Once you are happy with the design we'll prepare all documentation required to lodge with your local council or Certifier.
We'll lead you through the application process, collaborating with external consultants ensuring all aspects of your project are considered for a smooth and stress-free approval.
Step Three- Construction Plans
Priding ourselves on attention to detail and producing high quality plans, all documentation will be reviewed and be updated as necessary ensuring everything coincides and there is no surprise for you or your builder once construction commences.
We can work closely with your chosen interior designers to provide a service that goes above and beyond regarding the internal detailing, and selections to your home.
